Refund policy

Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period
Ends 14 days after you (or your nominee) receive the goods; for split deliveries, 14 days after the last item.

Returning the goods
Return within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We pay for return postage — contact us and we will provide a prepaid returns label.
Refunds
We refund all payments including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of proof ofreturn if earlier).

Refunds go to the original payment method, no fee. If you chose a pricier delivery option, we refund only the cheapest standard service cost. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value from handling beyond what's needed to check the item.
Hygiene exception EMS suits, shorts, belts and electrode components worn against the skin and no longer sealed cannot be returned
once unsealed, unless faulty. Try garments on over clean, dry underwear before removing the hygiene seal. This
does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
● Within 30 days of delivery — reject the goods for a full refund.
● Within 6 months — repair or replacement; if not possible, a refund (may be reduced for use).
● 6 months to 6 years — rights may still apply, but you may need to show the fault existed at delivery.
Contact contact@fitnfast-ems.com with your order number, a description and photos where possible. We pay return postage for faulty goods.

Manufacturer's warranty
Our EMS devices carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from delivery, covering material and workmanship defects under normal domestic use. Not covered: normal wear (e.g. electrode surfaces), misuse/accident/neglect, non-compliant washing/drying/ironing, unauthorised repair or modification, consumables, and
commercial/studio use.

This warranty adds to, and does not limit, your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights.
