Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates above start from the
date of dispatch, not the date you place your order.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes on arrival.
These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or
collection. If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we may charge the cost of re-dispatch.
Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order with us.
Our products are electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) devices. By ordering, you confirm that you have read the health and safety information in section 11 and that, to the best of your knowledge, EMS training is suitable for you.
