BODYPANTS EMS Shorts
Tone and firm your core or your glutes with the BODYPANTS.
Whether you are cleaning, walking or watching TV, train your abdominal and hip muscles with 20 minutes of daily EMS. No gym, no equipment, no interruption to your day.
Key features
- 6 training programmes to vary your sessions
- 9 intensity levels — adjust the stimulation precisely to your comfort and progress
- Rechargeable controller — no cables, no batteries to replace
- Two electrode configurations — belly electrodes to target your core, or booty electrodes for your glutes and hips
Choose your configuration
Belly electrodes — positioned over the abdominals to tone and strengthen your core.
Booty electrodes — positioned over the glutes and hips.
What to expect
Electrical muscle stimulation contracts the targeted muscles directly, so a short daily session adds meaningful training volume to muscles that are otherwise easy to neglect. Randomised trials on whole-body EMS have found improvements in body composition and strength comparable to conventional resistance training, at a lower time cost.
Targeted devices like the BODYPANTS work on a smaller muscle group than a full suit, so results are more localised. Most people training consistently notice a difference within four to six weeks. EMS supports your training and diet — it does not replace them, and individual results vary.

Sizing
Available in XS, S, M and L. The shorts should fit snugly so the electrodes stay in contact with the skin throughout your session.
