- Registered company number: 11690727
- Registered office: Unit 2, 58 High Street, Pinner HA5 5PZ, England, United Kingdom

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through our website. Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order with us.
Our products are electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) devices. By ordering, you confirm that you have read the health and safety information in section 11 and that, to the best of your knowledge, EMS training is suitable for you.
3. Products and product information
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Product images are illustrative. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Packaging may differ from the images shown.
- We reserve the right to make minor technical changes to products where these do not materially affect their quality or performance.
- A smartphone is required to operate the BODYBUDDY EMS suit and is not included.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a delay, or a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Fit N' Fast Limited is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on your order and our invoices do not show a VAT element.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
- The total price payable, including delivery, is displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or charges added later.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We will not dispatch goods at an incorrect price without your agreement.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility as the importer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
5. How the contract is formed
- You place an order through our website.
- We send you an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not form a contract.
- A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, for example if the product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. If we do, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
| Destination | Service | Cost | Estimated time |
|---|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Free delivery | Free on orders over £50 | 2–4 working days |
| United Kingdom | Insured delivery | £19.95 | 2–4 working days |
| European Union | Tracked delivery | £14.99 | 5–7 working days |
| Rest of world | Tracked delivery | £23.99 | 7–14 working days |
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 13).
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
If nobody is available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions. If goods are returned to us undelivered after failed delivery attempts, we may charge you the cost of re-delivery.
7. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details, including how to return an item, are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Cancellation period
The 14-day period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several instalments, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, before the 14-day period expires. You can:
- email us at contact@fitnfast-ems.com, or
- write to us at Fit N' Fast Limited, Unit 2, 58 High Street, Pinner HA5 5PZ, England.
You may use the model cancellation form in section 8, but you do not have to.
Returning the goods
Return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
We pay for return postage. Contact us and we will provide a prepaid returns label.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned them).
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard service, we refund only the cost of the standard service.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in other words, beyond the handling you would reasonably do in a shop.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene and health protection reasons, EMS suits, shorts, belts and electrode components that have been worn against the skin and are no longer sealed cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they are faulty. Please try on garments over clean, dry underwear before removing any hygiene seal. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
8. Model cancellation form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods:
Ordered on / received on: ____________
Order number: ____________
Name of consumer(s): ____________
Address of consumer(s): ____________
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____________

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Within 30 days of delivery — you are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund.
- Within 6 months of delivery — you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may claim a refund (which may be reduced to reflect your use of the goods).
- After 6 months and up to 6 years — you may still have rights, but you may need to show that the fault was present at the time of delivery.
Contact us at contact@fitnfast-ems.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs. We pay return postage for faulty goods.
10. Manufacturer's warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, our EMS devices carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, including deterioration of electrode contact surfaces over time;
- damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions supplied;
- damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, bleaching, or ironing where the instructions prohibit it;
- unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly;
- consumable and replaceable parts;
- commercial or studio use — the warranty covers domestic use only.
The manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Health, safety and appropriate use
Please read this section carefully before using any of our products.
EMS devices deliver electrical impulses to your muscles. They are intended for use by healthy adults for fitness training.
Do not use our products, and consult your doctor first, if you:
- have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic or metallic device;
- are pregnant or think you may be pregnant;
- have epilepsy or a history of seizures;
- have a heart condition, arrhythmia or circulatory disorder;
- have an acute febrile illness, infection or inflammation;
- have a hernia, or have had recent surgery;
- have cancer or a tumour;
- have severe hypertension, diabetes with complications, or a neurological disorder;
- have skin conditions or open wounds in the area where electrodes make contact;
- have been advised against strenuous physical exercise for any reason.
Do not place electrodes over the head, neck, front of the throat, heart area, or on broken skin. Always follow the instructions supplied with your device.
Our products are fitness equipment. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any results described on this website are typical outcomes reported in studies of EMS training and are not guaranteed — individual results vary depending on your starting point, diet, and how regularly you train.
If you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain during use, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
12. Our liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us where we fail to comply with these Terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, and match any sample or model;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We are not liable for:
- loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed;
- loss or damage arising from your failure to follow the instructions or health warnings supplied with the product;
- business losses — our products are supplied for domestic and private use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, terrorist attack, war, or the failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — is owned by or licensed to Fit N' Fast Limited and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.
15. Your personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong, contact us first at contact@fitnfast-ems.com — we aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. You also retain the right to bring court proceedings.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version that applies to your order is the version in force on the date you placed it. We will always show the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
18. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not mean we have waived those rights.
- This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce it.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
