BODYBELT EMS Abdominal Belt

£199.00

Train your abdominal muscles when, where and how you want with the BODYBELT. Wear it while working, cooking or relaxing — 20 minutes a session, five days a week.

Key features

  • Targeted core training — EMS impulses activate the abdominal muscles directly, including the deeper stabilising layers that are hard to isolate with sit-ups
  • 20 minutes a day — fits around your routine, no gym required
  • Adjustable intensity — build up gradually at your own pace
  • One size fits most — adjustable strap

What to expect

An abdominal EMS belt trains one muscle group, so it complements your overall training rather than replacing it. Used consistently — 20 minutes a day, five days a week — most people notice improved core tone and strength within four to six weeks.

Research on whole-body EMS has found improvements in body composition and muscle strength comparable to conventional resistance training at a lower time cost. A belt works on a smaller area than a full suit, so expect proportionally localised results. Visible abdominal definition also depends on body fat, and therefore on diet.

How to use

Position the belt over your abdominals with the electrodes flat against clean, dry skin. Fasten the strap snugly and select your intensity. Use for 20 minutes per session, five days a week, and leave rest days for your muscles to recover.

Important safety information

EMS training is suitable for healthy adults. It is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have an acute febrile illness, epilepsy, a serious heart condition, a hernia, recent abdominal surgery, or any condition for which strenuous exercise has been advised against. If you are unsure, consult your doctor before use.
